There's a single server that is struggling and we're working hard to bring it back to speed. This is affecting a sub-set of Jane users.
Our senior team is trouble shooting that one server, an we're hoping to see it back up and running full speed ASAP.
Deep apologies of the access issue - we take our service level very seriously and will keep working on the fix here.
