We have identified and fixed the issue and are just implementing the changes. Should be back shortly.

Update
There's a single server that is struggling and we're working hard to bring it back to speed. This is affecting a sub-set of Jane users.

Our senior team is trouble shooting that one server, an we're hoping to see it back up and running full speed ASAP.
